* ifdef rgb stuff like a madman for RGB Coexistance

* Re-enable RGB Light on Planck

* fix RGB Coexistance issue

* Tweak feature settings for Ergodox EZ Glow

* Their powers combine, and I am Captain RGB

* Limit brightness when both RGB features are enabled
